What Is the Armed Forces Covenant?

The Armed Forces Covenant is a heartfelt pledge to support those who serve, as well as veterans and their families. It ensures they have equal access to essential services, such as healthcare, housing, and job opportunities, thereby helping to prevent any disadvantages they might face compared to others. We believe it’s vital that those who dedicate themselves to serving our country receive the support they truly deserve!

We are proud to have received the Bronze Award under the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme. This government-backed initiative encourages employers to support the Defence sector and inspires others to do the same. The scheme recognises organisations at three levels—Bronze, Silver, and Gold—based on their engagement and support for Defence. Our Bronze Award signifies our proactive support and advocacy for Defence, marking the beginning of our journey in this program.
