Course Description
This course is suitable for individuals aged 16 and above who are responsible for fire safety or designated fire marshals in their workplace. The course will help learners understand how fires may start and spread, and how to assess and manage these risks in the workplace.

- Fire legislation, including the role of a fire marshal

Delivery Method
- Face to Face (3 hours in the classroom)
Assessments
- Practical assessments are observed and recorded by the Trainer throughout the course.
Pre-requisites
- Learners must be able to perform practical tasks at floor level.
- We recommend that Learners have a minimum of Level 1 in literacy and numeracy, or equivalent. However, we acknowledge and embrace Viva-Voce (Verbal Assessments) for learners who may require additional support during assessment.
- If you believe changes may be needed to the course or its assessment due to a disability, please inform us as soon as possible, or at least two weeks before the start date. In most cases, this will provide us with sufficient time to assess your requirements and implement any necessary adjustments.
Certification
Upon successful completion of this course, learners will receive a Fire Marshal e-Certificate.
