Course Description
This 2-day First Aid at Work Requalification course is designed for first aiders who have previously undertaken a 3-day First Aid at Work course and need to renew their certification to continue acting as first aiders in the workplace.
This interactive and engaging requalification course will renew delegates’ knowledge of essential first aid techniques, including CPR and AED usage, choking, stroke, and catastrophic bleeding, so that they can continue to deal promptly and effectively with a wide range of situations that may arise in the work environment.

Delivery Method
Face to Face (2 days in the classroom) • Blended (1 day online pre-learning and 1 day in the classroom)
Assessments
- Practical assessments are observed and recorded by the Trainer throughout the course.
Pre-requisites
- Learners must be able to perform practical tasks at floor level.
- We recommend that Learners have a minimum of Level 1 in literacy and numeracy, or equivalent. However, we acknowledge and embrace Viva-Voce (Verbal Assessments) for learners who may require additional support during assessment.
- If you believe changes may be needed to the course or its assessment due to a disability, please inform us as soon as possible, or at least two weeks before the start date. In most cases, this will provide us with sufficient time to assess your requirements and implement any necessary adjustments.
Certification
Upon successful completion of this course, learners will receive a Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work e-Certificate.
