Yes! It’s what we do. We have a brilliant team of trainers located nationwide. You provide the learners and the venue, and we will take care of the rest. You can also come to one of our sites.
Are your courses certificated?
All of our courses are certificated. We also have a number of Awarding Organisations for various qualifications we offer.
Do I need to bring anything to the course?

What should I wear when attending a course?
Comfortable casual clothing i.e. trousers or jeans as there are practical elements to most of our training courses we deliver.

Yes. The Security Industry Authority (SIA) announced that from 1st April 2021 you must have a valid first aid qualification before you can apply for a Door Supervisor or Security Guard licence.
Do all courses need to be an Ofqual qualification?
No. Contrary to what people are lead to believe by some training providers, the need for an Ofqual regulated course is NOT essential. Since 1st October 2013 the HSE no longer approves First Aid training providers. This means that businesses have more flexibility in how to manage their First Aid provision, using “Due Diligence” when choosing the right provider. Compliance, quality training, experience and reliability are what a client should look for.
Can anyone attend a course?
Yes. However when deciding which members of staff will complete a first aid training course you should consider the following; are they physically able to cope with all emergency situations? Do they have adequate communication skills? Learners must also be over 16 years old.
What if I have a disability?
We will do our upmost to accommodate your specific requirements. Please inform us prior to booking, to allow us to assess and implement any adjustments.
